The services Recynergy provide can be split into two groups:

 

Facility Management Services

We develop a Facility Management program to provide support services to building owners and users while optimizing management activities relating to and occurring within the building structure. The Facility Management Plan will address services such as:

​

• Planned Maintenance - Scheduled service visits carried out by trained employees

​

• Capital Renewal - Major building systems and components have a maintenance or replacement cycle greater than one year and are therefore not associated with annual operating budgets.

​

• Facilities Upgrades, Additions, and Expansions- Improvements complying with safety and governmental standards are a benchmark of Recynergy Group.

​

• Other services include leasing, renting, logistics, fire protection, video surveillance, and security and anti-intrusion systems.

 

Maintenance Services

​

Maintenance services extend beyond keeping the grounds and building clean and tidy. Also included are services such as cyclical HVAC maintenance, lighting replacement, technical services such as plumbing and electrical maintenance, and specialty services such as laundering, sterilization of bed linens and furniture, pest and rodent control, and landscaping.
